It is the second straight PWHL draft where a Cornellian has been selected in the third round, as Izzy Daniel ’24 was selected 18th overall in last year’s draft.
Guilday was widely projected to be taken early in the draft due to her impressive collegiate and international resume.
The second PWHL entry draft will last six rounds and begin on June 24 at 7 p.m.

In the 2024-25 season, the Red allowed the second fewest goals in the NCAA, tallied the fourth-most shutouts (10) and earned the fifth-best penalty kill percentage. A large reason for that was defender Rory Guilday.
