In the first rush week since a wave of new University regulations were imposed last fall, Interfraternity Council officials said they expect this year’s recruitment to highlight the resiliency of Cornell’s Greek system. 

The Interfraternity Council approved an altered rush week schedule, to be implemented this spring, at a meeting on Wednesday. 

Having been to two Inter-Fraternity Council meetings thus far in the fall semester, I find myself shocked at the ways in which the IFC takes action, conducts meetings and — most importantly — at how little expressed dissent there is to the current state of this very powerful council.
